LAYBY TERMS

1. I agree to pay the full balance toward the agreed completion date. Instalment amounts and frequency are flexible — I can pay any amount toward the balance at any time.

2. The deposit is required to activate the layby.
(When a product is on a limited promotion, paying the deposit is what reserves the discounted price for you. Without the deposit your spot is not held — the promo slot can go to the next customer who pays.)

3. Goods remain the property of Appliance & Home until the full balance is paid.

4. Payments may be made in cash (USD), EcoCash USD (Cashout on agent), ZiG, or by bank transfer. Innbucks and Mukuru are accepted by prior arrangement — contact us to set up.

5. If I'm struggling to keep up with payments, I will contact Appliance & Home as soon as possible to arrange a revised plan. Appliance & Home is flexible and prefers making arrangements over cancellation — there are no penalty fees for adjusted plans agreed in advance.

6. Once my final payment is made, I will give at least 7 days notice before collection so the warehouse can prepare my items. There are no storage fees if collection takes longer than expected.

7. Goods, once collected, are subject to manufacturer warranty. Returns are not accepted on layby items unless faulty.

8. I confirm the personal details I have provided are accurate, and I authorise Appliance & Home to verify them.

This counts as your electronic signature on the agreement.
Your data: The information you provide is used only to manage your layby and to contact you about your account. Your details are stored securely and are not shared with anyone outside Appliance & Home, except where required to process your payments (e.g. bank, EcoCash). You may ask us to update or remove your information at any time by contacting us.
